I am coming to live with family in Crossford for several months and wonder if there is a temporary member option?

I live overseas and want to arrange a gift voucher for a family member. What is the easiest way to do this?

I have a group of friends who I would like to arrange a treat for. Would you be able to accommodate us all at once and what treatment and dining offers can you suggest?

We can offer a swim/ two course lunch in our hotel Cardoon Restaurant for £20.00 or £16.00 for one course. Children are priced at £8.15 for one course or £11.15 for two. 

I have a free pass and would like to bring along my partner? Is this possible and what is included in the trial?

If your free pass was made available to you on line then you can bring your partner and it will include a tour of our facilities here and full use of our pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room. If you would like to use the gym, you will require to have a short gym induction. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

Alternatively, if you have an Adult Gift Pass that was gifted to you by either current members or employees of the Picture of Health Club, then this is for your sole use. Guests can accompany you, but will require to pay an adult guest fee of £8.50. (£5.15 for youths / £3.15 for children).

Is it possible to change from a classic membership to a corporate membership?

This is possible, provided that you qualify under the Corporate Terms and Conditions and any transfer of membership will be carried out on your current membership renewal date.

What is the process for cancelling my membership?

This would depend on your membership type and we would ask that you please contact us initially to discuss this.

Is it possible to ‘freeze’ my membership due to a change in my employment circumstances?

Memberships can be temporarily "frozen" due to ill-health, pregnancy or away on business. One month's notice to freeze memberships must be given in writing. Freezing must be for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 6 months. In the case of change of employment circumstances, please contact us direct to discuss.

I am visiting the hotel for a special event. Is it a possibility to use the facilities or arrange any treatments while we are there?

Hotel residents can enjoy full use of the leisure club facilities. Please telephone us if you wish to make an advance booking for a health or beauty appointment.

During hotel events, use of the Leisure Club is available to you and our normal guest rate fee applies.

Is it possible to pay on a month-by-month basis, without being tied into an annual contract?

You can opt to pay by monthly direct debit, and cancel within a twelve month period, if you notify the management in writing of your intention to cancel, and provide us with one months notice of cancellation.
